Current registration rates are listed on our Pricing & Registration page. Your registration fee includes access to all conference sessions and activities, plus:

Sunday/Monday: Refreshments throughout the day and heavy appetizers with beverages at the evening reception.

Tuesday: Continental breakfast, refreshments throughout the day, lunch, and heavy appetizers with beverages at the evening reception.

Wednesday: Continental breakfast and refreshments throughout the day.

P3C brings together both sides of the public-private partnership equation. Public sector attendees include state, local, and federal government officials, public agency project owners, university and higher education leaders, and public infrastructure sponsors. Private sector attendees include developers, investors, legal and advisory firms, contractors, designers, and technology and solution providers.

P3C 2027 is an in-person-only conference. We do not offer virtual attendance, livestreaming, or on-demand access to sessions after the event. To participate in the discussions, connect with owners and partners, and access session content, you'll need to join us onsite at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts and do not apply to previously invoiced registrations.

All confirmations are sent immediately upon completing registration. If you haven't received one, please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still can't find it, contact Beth Wagner at bwagner@accessintel.com to have your confirmation resent.

You can update your own registration directly by signing in at this link and editing your information accordingly.

Registrations are transferable with written notice from the original registrant. Please email Beth Wagner at bwagner@accessintel.com with your substitution request.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to clientservices@accessintel.com prior to February 26, 2027. No refunds will be issued; however, cancellations made before that deadline may be credited toward a future P3C Media event. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If Access Intelligence cancels or postpones the event for any reason, Access Intelligence is not responsible for airfare or other travel costs incurred by registrants.

P3C 2027 is held at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. We're offering a discounted conference rate of $248 per night plus applicable taxes, available until February 18, 2027 or until sold out.

Reservations are booked and managed through Connections Housing, the official housing partner for P3C 2027 — not directly through the Sheraton. Booking through the official link still earns your Marriott loyalty points, and the discounted rate is only available through this channel.

Connections Housing is the only authorized housing vendor for P3C 2027. Unauthorized companies may contact attendees with cheaper rates or imply an affiliation with this event — past attendees have lost money on reservations that were never honored. Do not share payment information with any company other than Connections Housing.

Dallas is served by two major airports:

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) — approximately 19 miles from downtown. Taxi, ride-share, car rental, and DART light rail service (from Terminal A) are available.

Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) — approximately 5 miles from downtown. Taxi, ride-share, car rental, and DART light rail service are available.

Discounted airfare is available through Delta Air Lines (Meeting Event Code NM2Z6) and Southwest Airlines via SWABIZ. Visit our Hotel & Travel page for full booking details.

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel. Options include taxi, ride-share services (Uber/Lyft), car rental, and DART light rail. The Sheraton Dallas is conveniently located on the DART light rail line. Super Shuttle also provides ground transportation from both DFW International and Love Field airports to the hotel.

By attending P3C 2027, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording will occur. Your presence at the event constitutes consent to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded, and to the release, publication, or reproduction of that media for any purpose in connection with Access Intelligence and its initiatives — including on websites, in social media, and in news and advertising, in perpetuity. By entering the event premises, you waive any claims related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including rights to inspect or approve the recording, claims of invasion of privacy or violation of publicity rights, defamation, copyright infringement, or fees for use of such media.
