Peter Jansen is an Executive Vice President at CBRE, leading CBRE’s PIES group as well as strategy and execution teams for clients across the country seeking to solve a range of occupancy and portfolio challenges and implement infrastructure or other social impact projects. He specializes in ground-up, built-to-suit, development projects for public, non-profit, and religious institutions, unlocking revenue streams through ground leases, joint ventures, and other transaction structures, including integrating public uses.  He has transacted all product types (land, office, retail, multi-family/affordable housing, and specialty facilities) on behalf of clients nationally. 

He manages complex, multi-step procurement processes to maximize competition amongst the development community. As a result, he is experienced in authoring RFI/Q/P documents, business cases, and feasibility studies, coordinating due diligence, and presenting to stakeholder groups, including elected bodies. CBRE’s solutions for the sector include determining long-term occupancy strategies, alternative workplace strategies, life-cycle costs, and financing solutions, and collaborating with developers to create unique solutions.  Mr. Jansen currently leads CBRE’s regional relationships with public sector clients, including Dallas County, Capital Metro Transportation Authority, CPS Energy, Harris Health System, and numerous independent school districts.  

He is passionate about facilitating solutions using best practices learned from $3B of projects in the past 10 years, aiding clients in stewarding the taxpayer dollar.

Lawrence Gardner is President and Founder of OMS Strategic Advisors, LLC, a DFW-based MWBE/SBE-certified full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm offering a broad spectrum of services, including corporate account and occupier services, sale & leaseback, acquisition & disposition, leasing, capital markets financing, and development advisory. 

Gardner also specializes in providing clients with workforce-based client solutions, customized asset services, efficient property management, creative project and construction management, and strategic marketing services.  Over the course of his 29-year career, Gardner has facilitated the successful completion of countless transactions, and has served a wide range of clients locally, regionally, and nationally.  As an industry leader with deep roots in the community, Gardner currently leads or co-leads several contracts with local public entities, including Dallas County, City of Dallas, Dallas College, Dallas ISD, and Texas A&M University, among many others. 

Mr. Gardner is a board member of the Texas A&M Mays School of Business, SMU Dedman College of Humanities & Sciences, and St. Mark’s School of Texas, and earned an MBA degree from the University of Michigan and BBA degree from Texas A&M University.
