What You'll Bring Back

Both letters include a commitment to deliver a written debrief to leadership within five business days of returning. Here's what that brief will cover.

Public Officials / Project Owners

What Public Sector Leaders Leave With

  • A clearer framework for evaluating P3 as a procurement and delivery tool — when it works, when it doesn't, and how peer agencies have navigated the process from RFQ through financial close
  • Federal funding intelligence from USDOT, FHWA, and Build America Bureau officials on TIFIA, WIFIA, Private Activity Bonds, and other credit programs applicable to your project pipeline
  • Real-world lessons from commissioners, secretaries, and executive directors who have closed P3 transactions — what they would structure differently and how they managed procurement risk
  • A contact list of developers, investors, legal advisors, and financing teams built through pre-scheduled 1-on-1 matchmaking meetings
  • Market intelligence on how current conditions — interest rates, federal funding shifts, construction costs — affect the financial feasibility of P3 delivery for your specific project types
  • A written debrief for leadership within five business days of return
  • Certificate of attendance for professional development records
Industry / Private Sector

What Industry Professionals Leave With

  • A contact-by-contact summary of 1-on-1 meetings with public owners — project pipeline status, procurement timeline, and next steps for each relationship
  • Direct insight into how public clients evaluate and select private-sector partners — from the commissioners and agency heads themselves
  • Market intelligence on deal structures, financing tools, and project types defining the next 12–24 months of P3 activity across your target sectors
  • Pipeline visibility before the RFP: intelligence from the P3 Marketplace on upcoming projects and procurement needs before they officially go to market
  • Expanded relationships across developers, investors, contractors, legal advisors, and public owners to strengthen your firm's position for future procurements
  • A written debrief for leadership within five business days of return
  • Certificate of attendance for professional development records
Certificate of Attendance: All registered attendees may request a certificate of attendance, suitable for inclusion in professional development records. Contact Carrie Shapiro at cshapiro@accessintel.com.
