Program Overview

Are you looking to bring your infrastructure project to life but not know where to start? Through a series of keynotes, case studies, panels, workshops, and diverse networking opportunities, attendees will explore the value proposition of alternative project delivery models, and the role they can play in the delivery of essential public infrastructure. Our two and half day program has been designed to help you plan and procure successful project initiatives, understand best practices in selecting and negotiating with prospective partners, and take the proper steps to ensure project success.

New this year, we will also offer in-depth roundtable discussions for attendees with interest in discussing specific project delivery issues in a more candid and interactive forum.

What Can You Expect With the 2024 Program?

The program will provide a review of the most notable events that shaped the infrastructure landscape in the past year, and address some of the major political, policy, and project developments that are likely to define the market moving forward. State and city leaders in infrastructure across the country will offer perspectives on local infrastructure needs, key drivers for action while considering major challenges, and the potential roles and limitations of a variety of alternative proejct delivery models. We will also explore strategies for managing project delivery decisions, as well as discuss the anticipated role that alternative project delivery methods will play for federal, state and local infrastructure across multiple sectors.
